Car Side Presentation
This Cord was owned by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Wright himself purchased a Cord L-29 in 1929. He praised the Cord’s design and front-wheel-drive innovation.
The Cord utilizes a 299 cubic-inch Lycoming straight-eight engine which produces 125 horsepower. As new, the Cord cost $3,295. It was donated to the museum by Richard V. Munz of Madison, Wisconsin.
