The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum's Education Department welcomes more than 2,000 students annually from Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. The museum is an accredited institution that offers educational programs for students of all grade levels integrating the study of subjects such as history, art and design, science and technology, marketing, accounting, and engineering and manufacturing. School groups, boy scout packs, and other childrens groups take advantage of these educational and entertaining services each year. The museum’s director of education is a State of Indiana licensed teacher and all programs address state academic standards.
The Education Department also offers off-site presentations to groups that are not physically able to visit the museum. Presentations have been made for nursing home residents, civic clubs, service groups, not-for-profit organizations and other various groups.
A recent expansion at the museum provides a new education facility, with state-of-the-art equipment, that can accommodate groups of various sizes. To schedule your students for an inexpensive, unique and worthwhile educational experience, please click on Contact Us at your earliest convenience.
